基于SCADA的输油管线泄漏监测系统

摘    要:介绍了一套基于SCADA的输油管线泄漏监测系统,用自行研制的RTU不间断地采集管线压力、温度、流量等参数,通过通信网络进行数据传输,利用组态软件对管线状态进行监控。对于突发的原油泄漏,综合运用小波变换、相关分析等信号处理方法,能够及时、准确地检测并定位泄漏点。该系统已成功应用在实际输油管线上,并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:A SCADA based leakage monitoring system of petroleum pipeline is introduced.By using self developed RTUs,the parameters of pipeline,i.e.,pressure,temperature and flow are collected continuously.The data transmission is realized by communication network and the status of the pipeline is monitored by software.With the relevant signal processing methods,e.g.small wave conversion and correlative analysis,accurate and prompt positioning of the leakage location can be detected when abrupt oil leakage occurs.The system has been operated in practical pipeline with excellent results.
