| 摘 要： | 通过化学成分、显微组织及断口分析等试验方法，对进口及国产硬质合金磁头壳体拉伸模，进行了质量分析，探讨了国产硬质合金模具发生早期失效的原因．结果表明：该拉伸冲头继裂的住质属疲劳断裂．本文对改进国产硬质合金的冶金质量及模具的合理选材提出建议．

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the failure analysis of the imported and domestic cemented carbide punching dies. The reasons of mature fracture of the domestic cemented carbide die are discussed. The results show that the fracture mode of both imported and domestic dies is that of fatigue fracture. Based on the research results, the improvement of the metallurgical process of the domestic cemented carbide material and suitable selection of this material are proposed. |
