激光在焊接电弧高速摄像技术中的应用

摘    要:建立了以激光为背景光源的高速摄像系统,该系统包括焊接平台、焊接设备和摄像装置三部分。介绍了电弧高速摄像的关键技术。包括光路的设计、背景光源的选择和弧光的消除等。利用此系统可在线观测和监控焊接过程。

Abstract:A proper high speed video system with laser in the background is established. The system consists of welding flat, welding equipment and video set. Design of light path, selection of backward light source and reducing the arc brightness is introduced. Online observation and monitoring welding process are realized with the system.
