| 摘 要： | 教育环境的变迁所造就的学生新特点,对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了巨大的挑战。由于高职学生生源特殊,传统的教育模式存在诸多弊端。比照本科院校,高职院校思想政治教育的模式应包含开放性、人本性、实效性三大要素。高职院校要根据学生特点,将理论与实践、教学与管理、提高技能与加强养成教育结合在一起,努力提高大学生思想政治教育工作的水平。

| Abstract: | The new characteristics of the students caused by the changes of educational environment have made great challenges to the work of ideological and political education.Because of the special sources of the students,there are disadvantages in con-ventional education pattern in higher vocational colleges.Compared with universities and colleges of undergraduate,the model of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should include three main elements,namely,open-ness,humanism and practicality.Based on the students＇ characteristics,higher vocational colleges should combine theory with practice,teaching with managing,and improving the skills with strengthening the formative education to improve the i-deological and education. |
