| 摘 要： | 研究了Ｗ６Ｍｏ５Ｃｒ４Ｖ２钢的碳饱和度（Ａ）与二次硬度、红硬性、力学性能、晶界熔化温度和最佳淬火温度等之间的回归关系。按Ａ值合理选材和用材，有助于提高Ｗ６Ｍｏ５Ｃｒ４Ｖ２钢工具的使用寿命和质量的稳定性，取得较好经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the regression relationship between carbon saturability(A)and secondary hardnees,red hardnees,mechanical properties,melting temperature of grain boundary and optimal hardening temperature of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel.If material is selected rationally according to the value A,it will help to improve the service life and stability of properties fo tools made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel,and good economic benefit may be obtained. |
