摘    要:以具有杆长尺寸和铰链间隙误差的平面四杆机构为对象 ,运用微小位移线性迭加原理 ,对机构的输出运动误差进行了可靠性分析 ;建立了以杆长误差和铰链间隙的均方差为设计变量 ,满足运动精度可靠度和设计变量上下限要求为约束条件 ,使机构制造加工费用极小化为目标函数的优化设计数学模型 ;利用外点法和 Powell方向加速法求解 ,获得了令人满意的设计结果

Abstract:The flat four bar mechanism with error of bar length and joint gaps of hinge is studied. According to the principle of linear superposition of small displacement, the reliability of mechanism output kinematic accuracy is analyzed. The mathematical model of optimization design based on reliability for flat four bar mechanism is built, in which the manufacture precision of bar length and joint gaps of hinge are taken as design variables, the minimal process cost as objective function, the reliability of mechanism kinematic accuracy and the upper and lower bounds of design variables as constraints. The problem is solved by means of the external point approach and Powell approach. The results of optimal design is satisfactory.
