摘    要:将压缩天然气(CNG)和液化石油气(LPG)气体燃料用作发动机燃料,采用缸外预混合的供气方式,其发动机功率损失和动力性降低,已成为推广使用中的难题。吉林工业大学内燃机研究所采用喷射技术,电控技术和计算机模拟技术,对进气门处喷射和缸内喷射的CNG和LPG发动机在整机性能,特别是动力性以及燃烧特性方面与汽油机的对比进行了系统的研究。研究表明,充气系数降低是缸外预混合式天然气发动机功率下降的主要原因。缸内直接喷气可大幅度提高充气系数;采用缸内喷气技术可恢复天然气发动机功率;提高压缩比可以提高天然气和LPG发动机的动力性和经济性,使功率下降得以部分补偿。研究成功了电控气体喷射器的驱动电路和高能点火系统驱动电路,解决了点燃式发动机强烈干扰问题。

Abstract:By taking the gaseous fuel of the compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as the engine fuel and owing to adopting the out cylinder premixed gas filling method,the power loss and dynamic property decrease of the engine have prevented its popularization and application.A system research on contrasting the integral engine performance,especially the dynamic property,and combustion characteristics of the CNG and LPG engine with those of gasoline engine for the intake port injection and the in cylinder injection respectively was carried out by the Institute of Internal Combustion Engines,the Jilin University of Technology,by use of the techniques of the injection,electronic control and computer simulation.Through research it is shown that the reduction of gas filled coefficient is the major reason causing the decrease of the out cylinder premixed natural gas engine power;the gas filled coefficient may be greatly raised by the in cylinder direct gas injection;the power of natural gas engine may be recovered by use of the in cylinder gas injection technique;and the dynamic property and economic efficiency of the natural gas and LPG engine may be increased by raising compression ratio,which can make the decrease of power be partially compensated.In addition,the driving circuits of both the electronic controlled gas ejector and the high energy ignition system were successfully developed and the problem of strong interference in spark ignition engine was solved also.
