| 摘 要： | 介绍了富氧顶吹炉处理铜浮渣的工业试验,经过生产试验、扩大试验不断提高处理铜浮渣的能力,摸索其操作参数和操作方法,回收铜浮渣中的铅、铜等有价金属,从而实现产业化应用.试验表明;该方法处理铜浮渣铅的直收率高、回收率高、处理量大,为铜浮渣的处理开辟了新的途径.

| Abstract: | The commercial test of copper dross treatment by oxygen enrichment top-blown converter is introduced,the valuable metals,such as lead,copper and so on is recovered from the copper dross by improving the processing capacity continuously and exploring the operation parameters and operation methods through production experiment,thereby the industrialization application is achieved.The test shows the direct recovery rate and the recovery rate of lead is high in copper dross treatment by this method,and the treatment capacity is large,which is a new way of copper dross treatment. |
