摘    要:常规电力系统稳定器能增加系统正阻尼,提高静态稳定极限,但它存在无法保证在各运行点达到最优阻尼、调节时间长等缺点.尽管采用简单自适应控制(SAC)的PI适应律能克服上述缺点,但被控对象必须满足几乎严正实条件,且控制律求解繁杂.鉴于此采用改进的二次型性能指标计算简单自适应控制的适应律,并设计了新型的电力系统稳定器.仿真试验证明该稳定器具有良好的动态品质和调节精度,能提高电力系统的动态稳定性、抑制低频振荡.

Abstract:A conventional power-system stabilizer(CPSS)can increase the system positive damping and improve the steady-state stability limit. But it has some drawbacks such as the non-optimal damping in the entire operating range and the time-consuming tuning. PI adaptive law in simple adaptive control(SAC)can overcome these drawbacks, but it can be only applied to the plants with almost strict positive realness(ASPR)and the computation of adaptive law is really complicated. A new improved SAC based on quadratic performance index was proposed and adopted to the design of a novel power-system stabilizer. The simulation shows that this stabilizer possesses good dynamic character and regulation precision, and it can improve the dynamic stability of the power system and suppress the low frequency oscillation.
