| Abstract: | The present status and characteristics of human resource management in state-owned enterprises was described and the shortcoming of the traditional personnel management was analyzed.The importance that improves and establishes a strategic system for modern human resources management was stressed for the sake of sustainable development since the global economy integration is approaching to us. |
