摘    要:简要介绍了目前国有企业的人力资源管理现状及特点,分析了传统的人事管理的不足,在全球经济一体化的今天,为了企业的可持续发展,提出了完善和创建战略型的现代人力资源管理体系的重要性。

Abstract:The present status and characteristics of human resource management in state-owned enterprises was described and the shortcoming of the traditional personnel management was analyzed.The importance that improves and establishes a strategic system for modern human resources management was stressed for the sake of sustainable development since the global economy integration is approaching to us.
