柔性管设计中壁厚直径比的确定

摘    要:本文以柔性管设计中广泛采用的Spangler关于管壁内力及变形的计算公式为基础,对最小管刚度、最小壁厚直径比、临界设计内压力、满足强度要求的壁厚直径比的取值范围及管道设计中壁厚直径比的确定原则作了探讨,为柔性管的设计提供了一个简单的方法。

Abstract:Based on the Spangler's formulas that are widely used for calculating the intrnal force and deflection of pipe wall in design of flexible pipes,this paper inquires the minimum of pipe stiffness,the. minimum of the ratio of wall thickness to diameter(i. e. t/d) the critical internal pressure,the,scope of t/d that is satisfied with strength condition and the principle of determining t/ d. A simple method for design of flexible pipes is provided.
