市场经济条件下的建筑创作环境观——兼谈龙岩“东亚商城”设计

分析在当前激烈的建筑设计市场竞争情况下,建筑师应如何把握自己,在充分反映业主和投资者意愿同时,更应坚持建筑设计准则,树立环境意识观念,把握建筑设计、创作的内在规律,统筹考虑建筑的社会效益、经济效益。笔者在“东亚商城”设计中充分体现了环境意识观念,既满足了开发商的商业利益,又符合城市规划要求,改善了周围环境。

The article analyses what an architect can do in the keen competition of the architectural design nowadays. He should fully express the wishes of the owner and the investor. And at the same time, he must adhere to principles of architectural design j adopt the environmental consciousness; grasp the inherent laws of the architectural design; plan as a whole on the social, economic and environmental benefits conssiousness in his design of "The East Asia Commercial City", which has bothsatisfied the business interest of the exploiter and accorded with the demands of city program by improving the surroundings.
