微波功率模块高压电源的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种微波功率模块高压电源的设计方案,分析了其工作原理,并详细介绍了零电压开关多谐振变换模式、高压变压器和高压整流器等关键电路的设计。该高压电源具有小型化、高密度、高效率、高可靠性等优点。实验结果证明了该高压电源的优越性和实用性,能满足微波功率模块发射机的要求。

Abstract:The design of high voltage power supply is presented.The operation principle is analyzed.And the zero-voltage-switching more-resonant converter,the high voltage transformer and high voltage rectifier are designed in detail.Miniaturization,high power density,high conversion efficiency and high reliability are achieved.The advantage and practicability are verified by experimental results and this power supply can apply to microwave power module transmitter.
