摘    要:2010年美国在临近空间高超声速平台和武器研究领域获得了"里程碑"式的发展,高超声速飞行器具有突出的快速反应能力,使得"全球到达,全球作战"的作战理念成为可能。临近空间目标的出现对雷达预警探测系统的预警能力提出了挑战。文中在分析临近空间目标特征的基础上,研究了对临近空间目标预警探测的难点。

Abstract:The America achieved a landmark development for the high ultrasonic vehicle and weapon based on near space in 2010,the high ultrasonic vehicle has prominent and fast reactive ability,which makes idea of global arrival and global battle possible.The appearance of near space target brings challenge to the existing early-warning and detection radar system.The characteristics of near space target are analysed firstly,then the difficulty of early-warning and detection for near space target is studied in this pap...
