摘    要:全面介绍了鞍钢集团弓长岭选矿厂减排增效技术的应用和效果,从碎矿流程的完善和破碎机的高效化改造,全磁流程替代磁浮流程及磨矿、分级、筛分、磁选设备的大型化改造,高效浓缩、脱水设备的应用及尾矿中强磁性矿物的回收,自动控制系统的运行等方面介绍了减排增效技术措施,大大提高了选矿厂的处理能力,增加了磁铁精矿的产量,降低了吨原矿处理成本,减少了污染物的排放,提高了企业的经济效益。工

Abstract:Application and effect of emission-reduction and benefits increase technology of Gongchangling concentration plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation are introduced comprehensively, technologies and measures of emission-reduction and benefits increase are introduced on improvement of ore crushing process and high-efficiency reform of crusher, whole magnetic separation flowsheet replaces magnetic separation flotation process and maximization reform of equipments of grinding, classification, screening, magnetic separation,application of high efficiency thickening and dehydration equipment and recovery of strong magnetism mineral from tailings, operation of automatic control system and so on, processing capacity of concentration plant is enhanced greatly, output of magnetite concentrate is increased, treatment cost of raw ore is reduced, emission of pollutants is reduced, economic benefit of enterprise is enhanced.
