我国虽然引进了大量的国外城市设计理念,也进行了很多理论探讨和实践,但在法规、规章和规范方面的研究却显然不足.我国应将城市设计的相关内容纳入<城市规划法>中.上海市应依据中央的授权,在地方法规或规章中制定城市设计的运作机制.

Discussion on Rules of Law for Urban Design in Shanghai

Although China has introduced a lot of foreign urban design concepts and made a lot of theoretical and practical studies,there is still anobvious lack of study of rules of law,regulations and norms.China should include related content of urban design in the Urban Planning Law.Shanghai should work out the operational mechanism for urban design in its local laws and rules under the authorization of the central government.
