摘    要:综述了近年国内外非金属硬脆材料加工技术的发展和最新研究成果,主要包括在传统磨削技术基础上发展起来的先进磨削技术,加热、超声和摩擦化学反应等辅助能量加工技术,以及激光、等离子、电火花、磨料水射流等高能束加工技术,展望了超精密加工技术的发展前景,旨在为促进我国的非金属硬脆材料优质、高效、低成本加工技术的快速发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:In this paper, the latest research achievements and development of the machining technologies for nonmetal hard and brittle materials at home and abroad is summarized, such as advanced grinding (ELID grinding and High--speed grinding) technologies on the basis of traditional grinding technology, energy aided machining technologies included heating, ultrasonic wave and frictional chemistry reaction, as well as the high density energy currents machining technologies in- volved laser, plasma arc, EDM and abrasive water--jet. At last, the prospects of ultra--precision machining technologies for nonmetal hard and brittle materials are viewed. It may provide helps for the fast development of machining nonmetal hard and brittle materials of good quality, high efficiency and low cost in our country.
