| 摘 要： | 针对超精密研磨和抛光加工过程中出现的问题,设计出指导研磨和抛光加工过程的专家系统.该系统不仅能根据待加工材料的名称、性能以及加工后所达到的精度要求等输入参量,运用已有的工艺数据库自动给出加工工艺的参数,而且具有较强的状态监控能力,能自动控制研磨和抛光加工的过程.

| Abstract: | To tackle the problem in the course of super precise lapping and polishing, the expert system to direct the operation of super precising lapping and polishing is designed. It can give out the parameters of super precising lapping and polishing by use of the experience database, according to the importing parameters, which are the name of material, the property of material and the request precision. Furthermore, the system has better state supervising ability, and the process of super precise lapping and polishing can be controlled automatically. |
