PLC数字折页机纸张自动预置控制系统设计

针对传统折页机中人工纸张规格预置工作量大、较为繁琐且人为误差较大的状况，将容栅传感器检测技术和PIE控制技术用于数字折页机的纸张规格自动预置系统中，设计了硬件控制系统和软件程序。采用高精度容栅传感器及其配套的实时检测器进行数据采集和转换，通过触摸屏实现人机界面的通讯，通过PIE驱动步进电机实现纸张规格自动预置功能，并给出了应用程序和实验结果。
