新型冲齿机数字控制系统的研究

摘    要:介绍一种主轴(冲齿)采用交流变频调速,进给(牵料)采用交流伺服驱动的新型两轴数控冲齿机。新型冲齿机利用可编程序控制器(PLC)作主控制器,LCD触摸显示屏作为人—机界面,通过软件编程和数据通讯,彻底改变了传统冲齿机冲齿—牵料机构的机械耦合刚性连接方式,实现了两轴同步驱动和工艺参数的柔性化调整。

Abstract:A novel two-axes CNC punching machine is introduced,in which a PLC is used as the main controller,and an AC inverter driving as well as an AC servo driving system are used as the two-axes actuator.Compared with the conventional one,the novel punching disc-drawing rollers is thoroughly decoupled each other on mechanism.The two-axes are driven in synchronization,and the technological parameters are flexibly regulated without changing any mechanical parameters and/or parts.The practical operating results of the proposed punching machine have shown many advantages.
