摘    要:以乙醛酸、尿素为原料,液体无机酸为催化剂合成尿囊素.采用正交试验法考察原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类及其用量等因素对尿囊素收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:n(尿素):n(乙醛酸)=4.0,85%磷酸4.0 mL,80℃下反应4 h,尿囊素收率可达62.3%.方差分析表明:原料配比、催化剂种类及其用量、反应时间...

Abstract:Allantoin was synthesized from glyoxylic acid with urea as raw materials,liquid inorganic acid as catalyst by orthogonal experiment.The effects of ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst type and dosage were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: n(urea):n(glyoxylate)=4.0,catalyst type 85% phosphoric acid and its amount 4.0 mL,reaction temperature 80 ℃,and reaction time 4 h.Under the optimal conditions the yield of allantoin was 62.3% with the purity of 98.5% above.The product was identified by means of IR and elemental analysis and melting point test.
