摘    要:中国石油长庆石化分公司1.4Mt/a两段提升管催化裂化装置由于原料密度大、残炭值高,致使沉降器和分馏塔结焦严重,影响装置长周期运行和全厂加工任务的完成.用新建的0.80 Mt/a溶剂脱沥青装置,脱除减压渣油中的胶质和沥青质,改善了催化裂化原料性质;新增循环待生催化剂线路,把部分待生催化剂返回提升管底部与再生催化剂混合,...
