| Abstract: | Hair samples were incubated in 6 mol/L HCl,extracted with hexane: dichloromethane(4:1),purified by a multi-column and analyzed for 32 polychlorinated biphenyl(PCB) congeners by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).Concentration of hydrochloric acid and conditions for multi-column clean up were optimized.The average recoveries were 85.3%～104.9% with a relative standard deviation between 5.3% and 9.2%.Instrument detection limits and method detection limits were 0.008～0.093 ng/g and 0.18～2.12 ng/g,respectively. |
