摘    要:头发样品用6 moL/L盐酸酸解、经正己烷/二氯甲烷(4:1)萃取、层析柱净化和分离,利用气相色谱一质谱联机(GC-MS)检测,分析了32种多氯联苯(PCBs),并优化了头发消解所用盐酸的浓度以及层析柱净化分离多氯联苯的条件.头发中32种PCBs同类物的平均加标回收率为85.3%~104.9%,RSD为5.3%~9.2...

Abstract:Hair samples were incubated in 6 mol/L HCl,extracted with hexane: dichloromethane(4:1),purified by a multi-column and analyzed for 32 polychlorinated biphenyl(PCB) congeners by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).Concentration of hydrochloric acid and conditions for multi-column clean up were optimized.The average recoveries were 85.3%~104.9% with a relative standard deviation between 5.3% and 9.2%.Instrument detection limits and method detection limits were 0.008~0.093 ng/g and 0.18~2.12 ng/g,respectively.
