马兜铃提取条件的优化以及炮制减毒的研究

采用单因素试验考察药材粒径、加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数4个因素对马兜铃中马兜铃酸A提取效果的影响。运用HPLC测定炒制马兜铃与蜜炙马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量。结果表明马兜铃的最佳提取条件为粒径1cm2,加水22倍量,煎煮2次,每次1.0h。马兜铃炒制和蜜炙均可降低毒性成分马兜铃酸A的含量,蜜炙使马兜铃酸A的含量降低了51.77%,减毒效果明显优于炒制。

Study on Optimization of Extract Process of Aristolochic Debilis and Toxicity Reduction by Different Processing

The effect of fineness of Aristolochic debilis,amount of water,decoction time and decoction number on content of Aristolochic acid A in Aristolochic debilis were investigated with single factor experiment.Determination of Aristolochic acid A in the parched Aristolochic debilis and honey-fried Aristolochic debilis was conducted by HPLC.The result of the optimum condition of extract process of Aristolochic debilis was as follows,the fineness of Aristolochic debilis was about 1 cm2,the amount of water was 22 mass times,the decoction time was 1 h and the decoction number was two times.Toxic component Aristolochic acid A could be reduced in both the parched sample and honey-fried sample of Aristolochic debilis.The content of Aristolochic acid A in honey-fried sample was reduced by 51.77%,and honey-fried process possess was more potency to reduce toxic component than parched process.
