马兜铃提取条件的优化以及炮制减毒的研究

摘    要:采用单因素试验考察药材粒径、加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数4个因素对马兜铃中马兜铃酸A提取效果的影响。运用HPLC测定炒制马兜铃与蜜炙马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量。结果表明马兜铃的最佳提取条件为粒径1cm2,加水22倍量,煎煮2次,每次1.0h。马兜铃炒制和蜜炙均可降低毒性成分马兜铃酸A的含量,蜜炙使马兜铃酸A的含量降低了51.77%,减毒效果明显优于炒制。

Abstract:The effect of fineness of Aristolochic debilis,amount of water,decoction time and decoction number on content of Aristolochic acid A in Aristolochic debilis were investigated with single factor experiment.Determination of Aristolochic acid A in the parched Aristolochic debilis and honey-fried Aristolochic debilis was conducted by HPLC.The result of the optimum condition of extract process of Aristolochic debilis was as follows,the fineness of Aristolochic debilis was about 1 cm2,the amount of water was 22 mass times,the decoction time was 1 h and the decoction number was two times.Toxic component Aristolochic acid A could be reduced in both the parched sample and honey-fried sample of Aristolochic debilis.The content of Aristolochic acid A in honey-fried sample was reduced by 51.77%,and honey-fried process possess was more potency to reduce toxic component than parched process.
