| Abstract: | Based on theoretical analysis,a necessary and sufficient condition of minimum utility cost problem for multiple utilities process is clarified.A generalized decom-position-strategy is proposed to decompose the complex minimum utility costproblem into several small scale minimum utility usage problems which could besolved separately.Pinch technology is being developed to handle the process en-ergy integration problem involving multiple utilities. |
