地理标志保护模式浅析

地理标志是地方优质特色产品品牌，是当地人民在长期生产和生活中形成的优秀物质文化财富。我国农耕文明悠久、饮食文化深厚、传统特色食品及农产品种类繁多、地理标志资源丰富，加强地理标志保护，对促进经济社会发展意义重大。本文在全面分析世界地理标志发展格局的基础上，总结了世界地理标志保护的主要类型、模式和特征，从法规制度和管理体制层面分析了我国地理标志保护现状和主要问题，以放眼世界、审视国内、分析借鉴、提出建议为主线，提出我国未来应采取的地理标志保护模式、管理体制和运行机制。

Analysis on the Protection Modes of Geographical Indications

Geographical Indications, which are regional high quality and unique products brand, are also material and cultural proper- ty formed by the local people in the long-term production and life. There are centuried agricultural civilization, profound diet culture, great varieties of traditional characteristic food （agricultural products） and abundant Geographical Indications in China. Protecting Geographical Indications effectively has great significant to promote economic and social development. The author summarized the main types, modes and characteristics of Geographical Indication protection based on analyzing the development patterns of Geographical Indications around the world. Then, the author analyzed the current situation and main problems of Geographical Indications protection in China in terms of the reg- ulations and administrative system. Following the line of learning the international experiences and giving domestic suggestions, the author also put forward the prospective model, administrative system and operational mechanism of Geographical Indication protection in China.
