高速振动电机起动性能的优化设计

摘    要:研究高速振动电机的起动性能,文中描述了高速振动电机的数学模型,并利用数学模型仿真计算了两种方案的高速振动电机的起动性能曲线,并对起动性能曲线进行了分析,提出通过调整电机铁心长度与绕组每相串联匝数,可方便地优化设计电机的起动性能参数。

Abstract:This paper deals with the starting performance of high-speed vibration motor. The mathematical model for high-speed vibration motor has been described, firstly in the application of it, starting performance curves of two schemes high-speed vibration motor has been calculated, then, analysis on the starting performance curves is stated. This paper finally points out that the starting performance of high-speed vibration motor can be easily optimized in design by way of adjusting the length of the iron cores and the numbers of coils.
