模糊降质图像恢复技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍近期模糊降质图像恢复技术的研究进展。首先分析图像模糊的成因,继而对图像模糊的数学模型进行介绍,并在此基础上引入图像去模糊的经典模型。接着详细介绍图像去模糊中经典的几种方法,包括维纳滤波,RL(Richardson-Lucy)滤波,总变分,并给出了这几种经典去模糊算法的实验结果。在回顾经典算法的基础上,对近期的图像去模糊算法研究进展进行分类分析,从自然图像统计特性,图像边缘,字典学习这三个方面介绍了近期经典的图像去模糊算法研究进展,并给出了几种有代表性算法的实验结果。在对经典回顾和对近期研究进展分析的基础上展望了图像去模糊技术的发展前景。

Abstract:The recent Research development of restoration technique of blur degraded images is introduced. Firstly, the formation of image blurring is analyzed, then the mathematic model of image blurring is introduced, the image deblurring mathematic model is introduced based on the above analyzing. Then, the classical image deblurring algorithms are reviewed in detail which include wiener filter, RL filter and total variation, the results of these three algorithms are shown. Based on the reviewing of the classical algorithms, the algorithms which are proposed in recent years are classified and analyzed. The algorithms are introduced in three aspects which include the natural image statistical property, image edge and dictionary learning. In the end, the future of the image deblurring technique is forecasted based on the above analyzing.
