腈纶聚合物造粒剂的研制及其应用

摘    要:研究了腈纶聚合物造粒的机理。根据不同类型表面活性剂单体对聚合物的润湿、固化、用水量、粉末量、耐热性、粒子强度、长度等造粒剂性能的影响,以高分子量的聚醚、脂肪酸酯、磷酸酯胺盐为主体原料,添加特殊的渗透剂、减水剂、脱模剂、固化剂、凝结剂,制备了TFX2000型腈纶聚合物造粒剂,并对其应用性能进行了研究。

Abstract:The PAN pelletizing principle and the effect of different surfactants on PAN polymer particles' performance of wetting, solidifing, water and powder quantity,heat resistance, strength and length were studied. A new TFX-2000 PAN pelletizing agent was prepared from polyether,ester,phosphate and other special chemical agents,such as the infiltrative, the water reduce agent, the solidified agent, the coagulant.The performances of PAN pelletizing agent were also studied.
