| 摘 要： | 本文提出了技术商品买卖双方风险各自的评价指标体系， 采用了模糊集合论与层次分析法确定了技术商品买卖双方动态评价指标的权重，对其进行综合评价，并介绍了在其技术商品应用的示例。
