| Abstract: | In this paper, the process of synthesizing AIN powder by carbothermic method was studied ex-perimentally. The change of Gibbs free energy in the process was calculated. The rate of nitridingwas analyzed regressively on the basis of zero-order reaction and Jander equation. |
