预应力混凝土管桩造价指标影响因素分析

桩基估算在可行性研究阶段通常采用类似项目指标估算法,然而对于类似因素并没有统一、比较确切的认识。论文以预应力混凝土管桩为例,通过桩基受力机理入手,分析桩基造价指标的主要影响因素,分类因素,提出需要固定地质、桩基类型因素,再做类似估算,并设计桩基造价估算流程。

Analysis on the Cost Influence Factors of Prestressed Concrete Pipe Pile

Pile foundation estimation in the feasibility study stage usually adopt the similar proj ect index estimation method, but no unified and more exact understanding about the similarity. This paper use Prestressed concrete pipe pile as an example, through the study of load mechanism of pile foundation, to analysis the main influence factors and classification factor of pile foundation cost index, to put forward the need to fixed geology and pile foundation type factors, then to do similar estimation, and to design pile foundation cost estimating process
