摘    要:传统的建设工程设计领域目前存在各专业设计信息交流不畅、施工过程中协调性差、整体性不强等问题,解决这些问题须实现各专业协同设计、施工一体化,建筑信息模型(简称BIM)便是这样一个提供协同设计、提高设计效率的得力工具平台,能有效提高建筑设计周期、设计效率和设计品质。通过研究分析,总结了BIM技术在建筑设计中的优势,并结合具体案例的分析重点展现了BIM技术对于结构专业实际应用的价值体现,给BIM技术的推广和应用提供一定的指导。

Abstract:The problems of professional design information communication is blocked, poor coordination is in the construction process, integrity is not strong are widely existed in the traditional construction project design field. To solve these problems must realize the professional cooperative design, construction integration, building information modeling (BIIVD is such a useful instrument platform that provide cooperative design and improve the design efficiency. It can effectively enhance the architectural design cycle, the design efficiency and the design quality. This paper summarizes the advantages that BIM technology used in structural design, and showed BIM technology in the actual application value with specific cases analysis, to offer some guidance during the popularization and application of BIM technology.
