摘    要:碳包覆改性是提高尖晶石型钛酸锂倍率性能比较有效的方法之一。用兼顾水溶性和热固性的酚醛树脂作为碳源,制备出"核-壳"结构的C/Li4Ti5O12复合材料。利用SEM、TEM和电化学表征测试,着重研究了包覆的碳含量对材料电化学性能的影响,最终确定碳包覆量为1%wt时,能最有效地提高Li4Ti5O12的倍率性能。

Abstract:One effective way to achieve high rate characteristics for spinel lithium titanate is to prepare carbon coated Li4Ti5O12.The "core-shell" structured C/Li4Ti5O12 composite was prepared using phenol-formaldehyde resin as carbon source which was water-soluble.We mainly studied on the influence of contents of coated carbon on the electrochemical characteristics of the material with SEM,TEM and electrochemical tests.The composite with 1%wt carbon could effectively improve the rate capability of Li4Ti5O12.
