基于DSP的数字伺服控制器设计

摘    要:结合伺服控制系统在工业领域的实际应用情况,搭建了以TI公司TMS320F2812DSP为主控制芯片的数字伺服控制系统平台,采用了电流、速度、位置闭环控制策略,在控制算法上应用经典的PID控制。给出了该数字伺服控制器的功能,硬件设计及软件设计流程。经工程实践结果表明,该控制器具有控制精度高,灵活性好,可靠性高,对环境因素不敏感等特点,完全满足了复杂环境下对伺服控制系统的要求。

Abstract:An digital servo controller was built up by way of the TMS320F2812 DSP processor as for the servo controlling system, there were three close loops called current feedback, speed feedback and position feedback. And there were applied classical PID control arithmetic. This paper also gives the functions of the scrvo controller, the detail design of its hardware and software. The controller has several characteristics: the accuracy of conl, ol high, the flexibility good, the reliability high, to the environment not sensitive etc. It satisfied the request of the servo controlling system in the complicated environment.
