摘    要:某厂物料回收塔再沸器塔段筒体和接管部位产生重腐蚀、壁厚严重减薄。本文采用非线性有限元方法,对极限工况下该区域的应力状态下分析了计算。计算结果表明,再沸器塔段筒体和接管经腐蚀后仍具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性。对腐蚀较严重的部位作处理后,该塔仍能继续使用。

Abstract:The severe corrosion occurred at the joint of the cylinder and nozzle in the reboiling section in one retrieval tower, and the consequence is the thickness was made much thinner. The non-linear finite element method was used in this paper to analyze the stress distribution in the area. The result of the analysis indicated that the cylinder and the nozzle still had the enough strength, stiffness and stability even the corrosion had occurred. When some treatments at the severe corrosion area were carried out, this tower can still be used safely.
