中国的工厂（企业）需要再设计

列举了中国工业增长质量不高的表现，分析了其根本原因在于工厂生产系统粗放，不重视保持生产系统的完善性和效率性，缺少工作绩效测定和准确的管理数据等。为了尽快提高中国工厂的竞争能力，工厂必须进行再设计。文章还简要介绍了《工业设施系统设计方法和应用研究》的研究成果——工厂再设计的有效方法。

Plants in China to be Redesigned

In this paper, the phenomena of poor quality of industrial growing in China are presented. The fundamental causes are the rough preduction systems of plants, the negligence of maintenance of the perfection and effectiveness of preductdri system, and want of the measuremnt of workperformance and accurate rnanagemt data. To increase the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises,plants must be redsigned. Also intnduced briefly are the effective methods of plant redesign-theresearch achievement of "Systemic Design Methed and Applicatdri of Industrial Facilities".
