| 摘 要： | 讨论了信息公理在实现精益生产中的应用，提出了将企业各种不同性质的事物（组织机构、业务流程、产品质量、库存量等）用统一的信息含量来表示。这使得原来没有可比关系的事物之间有了可比性，并给出了部分信息含量的计算公式。最后还讨论了在我国实现精益生产应采取的策略。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the application of Information Axiom in realizing Lean Production is discussed, and the indication of different things (such as organization structure, business flow, product quality, stocks, etc. ) in unified inforrnation content is prond. This methed makes things originally incomarable now and defines the talculating formula for som in.formatdri content. Finally,strategies of realizing Lean Production in China are discussed. |
