| 摘 要： | 采用向应面法研究同向旋转双螺杆挤压机操作变量对产量的影响 ,实验研究表明喂料速度和螺杆转速对常量有著影响 ,并在获得最大产量和良好膨化效果状态下对喂料速度和螺杆转速进行了优化 ,拟合的二阶统计模型适用于生产和挤压控制设计。

| Abstract: | The effect of process variables on the output of blends of corn and fibre in an intermeshing co-rotating twin-screw extruder was discussed using response surface methodology.Among the extrusion variables studied,changes in feed rate and screw speed had significant effect on the output ,an optimum between feed rate and screw speed was proposed in order to get maximum of output and good quality of extrudate product. |
