高浓度溶液稀释控制系统设计

摘    要:阐述了高浓度溶液稀释的工艺过程、溶液流量的比值控制原理、溶液混和容器的液位控制原理;介绍了流量的比值控制PI算法、液位模糊控制算法,以及传感器、流量调节阀和单片机的选择。该控制系统使用触膜屏界面,操作方便,显示内容丰富。

Abstract:The technological process of the liquor dilution, the ratio control of the liquor flux, and the level control of the mixed container are presented. The algorithm of ratio control PI and the level fuzzy control are proposed. The choosing principle of the sensor,flux control valve and the microcontroller are introduced. The control system uses the touch panel, which is easy to operation, and can display abundant content.
