加氢基础油生产高粘度白油技术

针对国内润滑油加氢技术应用特点，石油化工科学研究院研制了贵金属型精制催化剂RLF-10W，开发了以加氢基础油为原料经加氢精制(一段法)生产优质白油技术。经固定床加氢中型装置试验和一年来的实际应用，结果表明．该技术具有流程简单，适应性强等特点，特别适合于生产高粘度与很高粘度优质白油。

PREPARATION OF HIGH VISCOSITY WHITE OIL WITH HYDROGENATED BASE OIL

Aiming at the application features of domestic lube hydrogenation technology, a noble metal hydrofining catalyst named RLF-10W was prepared and the relevant single-stage hydrofining technology for producing high quality white oil using hydrogenated base oil as feedstock was developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. The fixed bed pilot test and one year application result showed that the said technology had the advantages of simple flow scheme and good adaptability, which was especially suitable for the production of high viscosity and superhigh viscosity white oils.
