摘    要:本文从液压节能观点出发,对车辆上的举升机构建立数学模型,采用正多面体法选取最佳的几何参数,以确定最合理的机构尺寸,从而提高工效,降低成本。并能产生明显的经济效益。本文所提供的数学模型和优化方法可为同类或相近工作装置的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper, from the point of hydraulic energy saving to form a mathematics model of the nonlinear programing, the optimum geometric parameters of the lift mechanism have been selected by the computer program of the regular polyhedron method, and the reasonable mechanism size has been determined. So the production cost is reduced, the working officiency is raised and the economic benefit is obviously increased. This mathematics model and optimum method can be used for reference to the optimum design of the same or similar work equipment.
