电力零售市场研究:（四）电力零售市场与计量系统

开展电力零售竞争对用户电能计量提出了新要求。文中首先阐述了电能计量和自动抄表系统的构成，分析了在电力零售环境下对自动抄表系统的要求；对照自动抄表实时电价结算、人工抄表实时电价结算、人工抄表固定电价结算等3种计量方式做了比较研究。研究结果有利于电力供应商在开展电力零售服务竞争时对计量方式做出理智的选择。

STUDY ON RETAIL ELECTRICITY MARKET Part Four Meter System in the Retail Electricity Market

It will be very different adopting different meter and reading system when launching competition in the retail electricity market. This paper not only presents the architecture of meter and reading system, but also analyzes its new requirement under the new market environment. It also makes a comparison among three modes, that is, automatic reading and real-time price settlement, manual reading and real-time price settlement and manual reading and fix price settlement, which will be helpful for the energy service providers to make their wise choice on the meter and reading mode.
