| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国聚氯乙烯工业从无到有近50年的发展历程，指出转化器和精馏塔的创新造就了现代化氯乙烯生产装置，电石渣浆的综合利用、干法乙炔发生器的开发成功、精馏尾气的回收和高效低汞催化剂的投用，使电石法氯乙烯生产步人循环经济的轨道；不断引进、消化、吸收、创新技术，氯乙烯来源、聚合方法和产品品种不断多样化，自主开发大删聚合釜及配套技术，使我国成为PVC生产大国。
