煤矿皮带机变频调速系统的实现

摘    要:为解决煤矿皮带机系统传动效率低、起动电流冲击及机械冲击大、功率不平衡、维护成本高等问题,本文设计了一套皮带机变频调速电控系统。详细介绍了皮带机变频调速电控系统组成,分析了ACS800系列变频器的直接转矩控制技术、主从控制技术、Profibus DP通讯技术,给出了ACS800变频器在工程中的具体应用及相关参数的设置,并采用Siemans公司生产的S7-300可编程序控制器实现了电控系统的自动化控制。
