摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸羧乙酯(HEA)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SAS)、乙烯基单体为主要成膜物质,再配以适量的交联剂、乳化剂及硅溶胶等合成水性丙烯酸空调铝箔散热片用亲水面涂。研究了单体的选择及用量、交联剂种类及用量对涂膜性能及固化速度的影响。进而得出了性能最佳的配方,并以自制底涂配合进行性能的研究测试。

Abstract:Using acrylic acid (AA), methacrylic acid (MAA), hydroxy ethyl arcylate (HEA), sodium allylsulfonate (SAS) and vinyl monomer as main lm forming materials together with crosslink agent and emulsi er and silica sol of proper amounts, we synthesized water-borne hydrophilic acrylic nish for aluminum heat scattering sheet of conditioner; and studied the in uence of monomer and crosslink agent selection and amount on lm performance and curing speed, obtaining the coatings formula with best property. Applying the nish together with self-made primer, we study and test the performances.
