电磁兼容辐射发射测试中的误差分析

摘    要:电磁兼容辐射发射测试是对受试设备(EUT)往空间辐射电磁波能量大小的进行测量的主要手段,由于各种原因不可避免地存在测量误差。因此,文章在概述误差理论的基础上,着重分析了标准辐射发射测试和预辐射发射测试的误差来源,同时依据标准电场强度的数学模型,简化得到预辐射发射电场强度的数学模型。

Abstract:Electromagnetic compatibility emission measurement is the main approach to measure the energy of the electromagnetic wave,which is emitted by the the equipment under test to the space.Due to several inevitable reasons,it usually has some measured errors.So in this article,in the base of summarizing the error theory,we maily analysed the origin of the errors in the standard emission measurement and the pre-emission measurement.Besides,we also obtained the mathematical model of the pre-emission electric field intensity,which is according to mathematical model of the standard electric field intensity.
