摘    要:介绍了厚壁钢管自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊的特点及应用情况。结合目前常用的管材和焊接材料,分析了自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊接头氢含量较高的原因,提出了降低厚壁钢管自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊接头氢含量的措施。

Abstract:This article introduced characteristic and application of self-shielded flux-cored wire semiautomatic welding for thick wall steel pipe,consider the common pipe materials and welding consumables,the reason of welded joint contains much hydrogen for self-shielded flux-cored wire semiautomatic welding are analyzed and the measure of reduces the contents of hydrogen of thick wall steel pipe welded joint for self-shielded flux-cored wire semiautomatic welding are proposed.
