激光雕刻系统中数据处理技术研究

摘    要:近年来,激光雕刻技术受到越来越多的关注,FPGA数据处理是激光雕刻系统中的重要部分,数据检测提取负责雕刻中重要参数的提取,灰度功率匹配将灰度级和激光器输出功率建立线性关系,使得雕刻系统实现多灰度级的平滑雕刻。雕刻结果表明可以实现256级灰度雕刻,雕刻图像具有层次感。

Abstract:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the laser engraving technology. FPGA data pro-cessing is an important part of the laser engraving system, Data detection extraction is responsible for the extraction of important parameters in engraving. Gray power matching establish a linear relationship between the gray level and the laser output power, making the carving system to achieve multi-grayscale smooth carving. The results of the carving show that 256 grayscale engravings can be achieved,and the engraving images have a sense of hierarchy.
