CVC平纹天鹅绒阻燃防静电整理工艺探讨

摘    要:介绍了CVC织物的燃烧性能和阻燃防静电的机理,以及助剂的选用.筛选染整工艺流程,得出最佳工艺流程为:配布→缝头→绒毛开松→剪毛→预定形→缝边→前处理→涤纶染色→棉染色→开幅→浸轧防静电柔软剂、阻燃剂→拉幅烘干定形.分析并阐述了CVC平纹天鹅绒织物染整各个工序的工艺参数和要求,并用垂直燃烧法测试了其阻燃指标.用摩擦带电电压法测试了其防静电指标.检测结果表明,CVC平纹天鹅绒的阻燃指标符合CCAR 25.853标准要求,其防静电指标也符合客户要求.

Abstract:This paper introduces the burning property and the flame retardant and anti-static mechanism of CVC fabric, and discusses the selection of auxiliary agents. Based on the analysis of different dyeing and finishing technological flow, this paper puts forward the optimized technology: fabric preparation →ewing ends→hredding→cropping →prezetting →bemming →pretreatment →olyester dyeing→cotton dyeing→expanding→applieation of softener and flame retardant→drying, tentering and setting. This paper analyzes the different technological parameters and their requirements in the dyeing and finishing process of CVC plain velvet fabric, and measures the flame retardant index by using the vertical burning way and tests the anti-static index, by using the friction-based voltage way. The experimental results show that the flame retardant index of the CVC fabric meets the standard of CCAR 25.853, and its anti-static property can also meet the requirements from the customers.
